The Ambassador’s Small Grants Program (ASGP) to Support Gender Equality in Afghanistan is working to improve the status and quality of life of Afghan women and girls throughout the country. ASGP provides institutional capacity development and advocacy support to women-focused Afghan organizations to improve gender equality, secure improved socioeconomic opportunities and advocate for women’s rights. ASGP works closely with the Afghan Ministry of Women’s Affairs and Afghan CSOs in all 34 provinces of Afghanistan. Program activities are managed from ASGP’s main office in Kabul and six regional offices around the country. Funded by the U.S. Government, ASGP is administered by USAID and implemented by Creative Associates International.
